Japan is renowned for its extraordinary green teas like sencha, gyokuro, genmaicha, matcha etc. But there are some other specialties that are still unknown to the western world, rare and unique teas made with great care by expert farmers.
We will discover their story, manufacturing and brewing method and, most of all, we will enjoy the amazing aroma!
The four teas are:
– Sakurabacha, caffeine free cherry leaves herbal tea
– Amacha, hydrangea leaves sweet herbal tea
– Mecha, flavorful green tea buds
– Organic Japanese Oolong from wild bushes (zairai)
