Czy zastanawialiście kiedyś jakie zastosowanie w nauce może mieć zielona herbata? Albo w jaki sposób globalne ocieplenie wpłynie na przyszłość herbaty? Na te pytania i nie tylko odpowiemy w trakcie warsztatów. Oczywiście, napijemy się też herbaty. Mam nadzieję, że warsztaty te będą miały charakter ciut bardziej naukowej dyskusji o herbacie, a ja postaram się odpowiedzieć na pojawiające się pytania.

Jestem chemikiem z wielką pasją do herbaty. Z herbaty jestem związany od 6 lat, dwa lata temu zacząłem prowadzić blog o herbacie, w artykułach się staram przedstawić wyniki ciekawych badań naukowych o herbacie bardziej zrozumiałym językiem.

Have you ever wondered what application green tea can have in science? Or how will global warming affect the future of tea? We will answer these questions and more during the workshops. Of course, we’ll also have some tea. This workshop will be a bit more scientific discussion about tea, and I will try to answer the questions that arise.
Anton about himself: I am a chemist with a great passion for tea. I have been associated with tea for 6 years. Two years ago I started a blog about tea. In my articles I try to present the results of interesting scientific research on tea in a more approachable language.
