Prosimy napisać w tytule maila: “Indyjski Chai Zaparzaj”

Being a yogi, I cannot but be interested in Indian culture in different dimensions, and as a teaist, they cannot ignore Indian tea culture!

During the workshop, I will take you on a journey along the routes of the smells and aromas of spices that can make up masala chai, as well as their healing properties, in addition, we will talk about why talking chai tea, masala spice or naan bread does not make sense, and on at the end we will prepare tea like a street vendor of chai in India – chai wala.

Who wants to go on this journey with me?

My name is Monika. For years, yoga and the art of tea have been my passions. In December 2021 I finished 200h

vinyasa yoga teacher training course. My practice is strongly influenced by Strala Yoga – a style that combines yoga with movement in mind from the perspective of taichi and qigong. I first encountered the art of tea in a yoga school in China many years ago. For 1.5 years I have been learning the Chinese tea art under the supervision of Xie Tingting – the tea master from Beijing. Indian chai replaces my morning coffee.
