We will learn how matcha is made and what varieties of shrub are used for its production. Why is the green color of tea so important and why there is such a qualitative differentiation.
During this meeting, Mr. Kondo will try to answer your questions about the cultivation of the shrub, shading .. and the production process.
With the purchase of the admission ticket – you get 2 matcha samples from the home production of P. Seigo.
Seigo Kondo is the 3rd generation producer (farmer) of tea from Nishio (pref. Aichi) – the second most terrible matcha production center in Japan. He also produces matcha himself, which is currently unique – as it is customary for farmers to produce on request for companies producing and selling march. He is an active representative of the hernata promotion association of Nishio. Privately, a fan of Harley Davidson trips.
