During the event we will cover what Japanese tea is, its main kinds and the regions where it is produced. Moreover, we will talk about the current situation of tea in Japan and the role of the Global Japanese Tea Association. A selection of Japanese teas will be brewed for the participants. There will also be some time for Q&A.

If you are interested in Japanese tea, global tea issues and would like to have some excellent japanese tea that we will be brewing from Galeria Nagomi and join us on sunday at 10.00-11.00 for a live session with GJA! We are so excited!

Bio of the guest: Anna Poian is co-founder of the Global Japanese Tea Association. She has been involved in Japanese tea since 2016, when she worked for some months at Kyoto Obubu Tea Farms. Since then, she has been introducing Japanese tea throughout Europe, participating at tea festivals and holding workshops in different countries. Nowadays she teaches some of the courses of the association and is in charge of its social media.
